Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 4-10 days of manufacturing and after receipt of payment and are shipped via our in-house service delivery. We deliver directly to your home or office anywhere in South Africa. Free shipping is offered to the customers residing in Gauteng purchasing products worth R8000 or more.


Notes:

  • The delivery fee differs depending on the distance or delivery address
  • Delivery of R8000 or more is FREE around Gauteng. When the value of the products in your cart is R8000 or more, a free delivery option will automatically appear.
  • Please note that the delivery times are estimates, although we work harder to get your order to you as soon as possible, certain factors may cause your delivery to be delayed. Delivery may take longer during peak periods.
  • We require an exact physical address in order to deliver. 
  • For payment via EFT / Bank Deposits, delivery only takes place once the full payment amount has reflected in our bank account. This can take 2 working days - no exceptions to this rule will be made.
  • Once your order has been processed, you will be contacted to advise when delivery will take place. Due to the nature and size of our products. It makes it difficult for us to give a definitive delivery time. 


Free Delivery Promotion

  • Deliveries for orders of R8000 or more is FREE around Gauteng province
  • When the value of the products in your cart is R8000 or more, a free delivery option will automatically appear.
  • Should your area not be easily accessible or not within a free delivery range, we are entitled to contact you and advise that there will be delivery fee applicable to your area and the free delivery promotion does not apply. Should you not wish to pay this delivery fee, you may cancel your order and be refunded (provided your order has not already been processed and dispatched).
  • If you take advantage of a free delivery promotion, your order will be dispatched as soon as payment reflected and delivered within the normal estimated working day period. We will not hold the stock for more than 14 working days and all free delivery promotion orders will be dispatched and delivered as soon as possible 
  • In order to qualify for free delivery, you must reside around Gauteng
